Two attempts later and the use of a phone book I have managed a reasonable printing.

Will have to see what they are like when they are washed. I will warn you it's easy to scorch the picture you are printing. Found the paper colour was easier to go by than the time recommended.

Does any one else have a usefull hint or tip for the perfect T-Shirt?

Just thought I would let you know that when you print the second picture off (the one with the flag etc on it) it just comes off as a blue sheet.

I asked for a show of hands on Thursday to see what numbers would be present. Thanks to all those that did, but I have to say I was a little dissapointed by the total. C'mon a free training session, how can you say no to that?

We have been asked to do a Karate demonstration at Toftwood infant school on Friday 10th of July at 5.30 - 7.30pm.

It will actually consist of a normal class but will be held outdoors with many spectators. This I feel will be easier to do than some flashy choreography that takes ages to practice and something everyone can do, no matter what grade.

I would ask that people please put the effort in to attend, as it will be for all intents and purposes a free class. You may well even get your card stamped for added incentive. I will be asking everyone in the following classes. Please help out and support your club to help it thrive and grow.

I have been to the N&N and the ortho consultant says I`m on the mend.It will be3-6 months before my shoulder is back to 90% effectiveness.But I hope to get back to training within a month from now to try and get my fitness back up.Hope to see you all soon.

Well i thought i would start the ball rolling with this one....yes,yes,yes!!!!! Anyone not sure on what they think of training on the beach, i can wholeheartedly say it's a truley fun way of training. Thinking back to last years Gashuku, that was the best bit for me. There is something pretty special about training in the open air......Anyone agree with me?

glad to here it. i have just brought a tug of war rope... so that would be good to do some games and the obvious karate training on the beach... whose interested. would be good to hear everyones views and what times/dates they would like to do it.... its BBQ time.....hooray!

Yes very well deserved, not only for your karate ability, but also for your ability to offer the right words for those who are struggling along the path. I consider you to be one of those that offered the right encouragement to me when I was struggling to take that step to Nidan.
