TSKR Instructors have been teaching for many years, bringing together a wealth of experience from many of the masters of karate.

TSKR promote the style of Traditional Shotokan Karate, following Master Hirokazu Kanazawa 10th Dan Syllabus and teachings.

Dereham TSKR is a family orientated club, providing a social arena for people from all walks of life to meet and make new friends.

It is also a disciplined class where young people are encouraged to become helpful and useful members of society whilst gaining confidence and learning self-defence.

TSKR have Clubs & Associates training at Dereham, Swaffham,Watton & Norwich. Stamford in Lincolnshire & RAF Leuchars, Scotland.
